This September, our team focused on enhancing the meeting experience, fixing bugs, and fine-tuning features to make everyday tasks more seamless. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ve rolled out, and how it’s going to make your life easier.
A more intuitive meeting experience
First, we’ve relocated dialog boxes (“toasts”) to the left side of your screen, reducing clutter and helping you stay focused. We’ve also simplified meeting wrap-ups by allowing you to edit to-dos directly in the wrap-up section—no need to juggle tasks afterward.
We’ve refreshed the UX for special sessions, making it easier to switch meeting leaders—just click on their avatar. Editing meeting details is now seamless too—simply hover over the gear icon and make adjustments on the fly.
Creating new meetings is faster with a redesigned interface; just click the “+” sign by your meeting list. And if you love staying organized, you can now set any workspace as your homepage via the three-dot menu.
Bug fixes that matter
Bugs? Nobody’s got time for that (unless you’re pest control). We’ve resolved several key issues so you can stay focused on what matters—your business.
For Safari users, the metrics table now appears correctly during meetings. We also fixed issues where personal goals weren’t updating in real-time and new workspaces didn’t show up in the side navigation. Now, everything runs smoothly, just as it should.
We’ve also ensured that changes in your goals drawer autosave properly, and fixed the “unsaved changes” message for meeting notes—no more false alerts. Plus, stats pages load faster, so you spend less time waiting.
