This month, we released updates designed to reduce clutter, improve stability, and help you stay focused and aligned. A fresh look at your metrics
You asked for a way to look back and learn—and now you can. With the new Metrics History feature, it’s easier than ever to review past performance and identify trends. Whether you’re celebrating growth or spotting early warning signs, your data is now more actionable.
- Expanded character limits: Titles in drawers and quick-add fields now support up to 10,000 characters, so you never run out of room.
- Improved AI-generated themes: Now you can have more focused meetings and tailored summaries.
Our AI-generated themes are currently only available in Special Sessions, but will soon be available to all meetings. This smart feature analyzes your entire issues list, detects common threads, and automatically groups items into actionable categories.
Improved issue voting
We know how frustrating it is to lose your place during a vote. We’ve improved star voting stability so you can switch between issue tabs without losing your selections. This smoother experience supports smarter decision-making and keeps meetings flowing.
Business planning in full bloom
Your business plan should grow with your organization. That’s why we made two key improvements:
- Print option: Now you can set your PDF paper size to 11×17—ideal for big-picture planning.
- Standardize your business plans: Set your main organization’s Future Focus page as the default for all business plans.
Spring cleaning the software
We cleared out a number of behind-the-scenes bugs that may have been holding you back:
- Business plan transfers now function as expected.
- Quick-add fields correctly enforce character limits.
- Organization switching in QAM mode now works without interruptions. Note: QAM (Quarterly Alignment Meetings) are a feature currently in Beta and will be widely released soon!
- Pressing “Enter” now works to log in.
We also resolved a terminology mix-up, so existing organizations can retain their original terms as intended.
More focus, less guesswork
We believe in defaults that work the way you do:
- New goals now default to a 13-week due date, so you can plan your quarter at a glance.
- Milestones now sort by due date first, then creation date—because urgency should drive visibility.
And to keep things consistent:
- Email summaries from Special Sessions now preserve your formatting perfectly.
- Context-aware icons now match the rest of your meeting layout.
- In the org chart, you can now drag and drop roles within a seat to stay organized as your team grows.
