A better meeting experience
We’ve refined the new Bloom to remove friction and make meetings more efficient than ever.
- Clearer, more intuitive actions: If you miss a required field, you’ll be taken directly to it—eliminating the guesswork.
- Simplified issue management: We’ve decluttered the issue builder by removing unnecessary voting options, making it easier to see and manage issues at a glance.
- More organized meeting list: Sort your meetings in the “Others” tab to find them faster. A “Meeting in Progress” indicator now appears in the side navigation and your favorited meetings, so you always know what’s happening.
- Effortless milestone tracking: Now, you can create milestones instantly by typing into a goal and hitting enter—no extra clicks needed.
Better usability on small screens
For those who work on the go, we’ve optimized Bloom Growth for smaller devices (under 608px):
- The Follow leader and Add meeting section options are now neatly tucked under a collapsed agenda.
- The Meeting/Workspace toggle is now a dropdown, saving valuable screen space.
- The Video conference button is now a small icon, creating a cleaner layout.
Smarter quarterly planning check-ins
We’ve refreshed the default quarterly planning questions to help your team have more productive conversations. The best meetings start with the right discussions!
Performance improvements and bug fixes
We made several improvements this month to keep Bloom Growth running smoothly:
- Smoother business plan downloads: PDF exports now include initials for users without profile pictures, making it easier to identify contributors.
- Faster “new/transfer” business plan options: Click response times have been improved for a more seamless experience.
- Improved issue management: The issue list now displays correctly in meetings, and sent issues remain fully editable when permissions allow.
- Enhanced security and account linking: iFrames are now restricted to authorized domains, and you can link existing accounts to a new organization in the new Bloom.
- More reliable metrics and meetings: Metric data now displays correctly, and editing no longer causes greyed-out fields in legacy mode.
- Org chart placeholders now appear in drop-downs and update in real time.
- Special sessions properly revert back to the weekly meeting agenda as expected.
- Tangent alert time has been reduced to five seconds, but you can still dismiss it manually.
