We built the OS we wanted to use
Bloom Growth began as the licensed platform partner for one of the most prominent business operating systems in the world. Our founders worked closely with businesses and coaches, and we were coaches ourselves.
After working with thousands of leadership teams, we realized the strongest businesses are built on the strongest relationships. Other operating systems were focused on execution and metrics but missed the human element, as well as the consistent and constant need for a feedback loop to make sure the processes continue to meet the users’ needs.
Bloom Growth OS was born out of that front-line experience. We wanted to create a growth system that incorporated human flourishing and choice of technology, blending them with proven performance components.
