I am a growth coach, community architect, speaker and facilitator. I have over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, having successfully built, run and sold businesses in f&b, mining and mineral processing and manufacturing.

I have worked with over 20 leadership teams in India and abroad, including large businesses like Swiggy, Tally and Motilal Oswal, and am an active facilitator and member leader of Entrepreneurs Organization.

My expertise lies in simplification of complex business situations, and in breaking down multi faceted decisions into simple to understand parts. Most of all, I specialize in creating psychological safety and a culture of open sharing in any room that I facilitate.
