With nearly 40 years of leadership, consulting, and management experience across the U.S. and internationally, I am a seasoned Coach & Consultant with a strong track record in building and integrating high-performance teams, aligning business strategies, and optimizing operational processes for sustainable growth. My cross-industry expertise, paired with teaching experience at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels, reflects my commitment to team development as a driver of success and measurable impact for any business. My work ethic is rooted in my Midwestern background, beginning with hands-on roles such as concrete finishing and third-shift janitorial work in high school. This commitment deepened as I balanced full-time work through undergraduate and graduate studies, instilling a resilience that has defined my professional journey. Decades of consulting have given me unique insights into the drivers of growth and decline, equipping me with the ability to identify and act on critical success factors. Outside of business, my commitment to mentorship shines through. Alongside my wife of 34 years, I have coached and mentored our seven children and supported men’s development through leadership in retreats and nonprofit support groups, focusing on life skills and fatherhood. As a consultant, I bring empathy, insight, and authenticity, delivering valuable, often challenging perspectives that foster vision, clarity, and unity.
