Entrepreneurship has been in my DNA from the very beginning. At twelve, my dad taught me the concept of compound interest, so I grabbed the lawnmower and started saving for retirement. In college, I kept following that instinct—instead of working a traditional job, I distributed prepaid phone cards and set up ATMs. After graduation, I turned down an offer from PricewaterhouseCoopers to build something of my own. That decision led to creating and selling a vending machine business. Later, I acquired a stone fabrication company in Austin, grew it 4X in just three years and sold it, retiring at 33. But what I’ve discovered since then is that the real reward isn’t in the exit — it’s in helping others grow, connect, and thrive. It’s in living out a deeper purpose to challenge people committed to growth to live aligned, meaningful lives. I’m married with two young kids, and after three years living as a nomadic family, traveling around the country and world, we’ve now settled in the Texas Hill Country — a place that keeps us grounded, grateful, and inspired.
