Greg Samuels
For more than 30 years, I’ve had a front-row seat to how organizations succeed, struggle, and scale. As a Chief Information Officer, I worked across multiple industries, helping build systems, processes, and leadership structures designed to perform at enterprise scale. In those roles, success wasn’t driven by the daily presence of a founder—it was driven by accountability, alignment, and operational discipline. Along the way, I witnessed both high-performing leadership teams and organizations held back by misalignment, giving me a practical understanding of what it takes to grow a business without losing control of it.
In 1993, I made a pivotal shift from corporate executive to business owner when I acquired a small boutique consulting firm. Suddenly, the lessons I had observed from the executive suite became deeply personal. Every decision carried real consequences, and every success or failure belonged to me. That experience transformed my perspective on leadership, growth, and execution. It taught me the difference between understanding how businesses operate and living the realities of building one.
Today, I bring the benefit of both worlds to the organizations I advise. I have the enterprise experience of an executive who understands what scalable, sustainable systems look like, and the entrepreneurial perspective of an owner who knows firsthand the challenges of starting, growing, and sustaining a business. That combination allows me to help leaders bridge strategy and execution—building organizations that are not only successful today, but resilient enough to thrive tomorrow.
