Hey Howzit! I'm Dillon Jearey, an entrepreneurial leader, coach and global facilitator based in Cape Town, South Africa. Since starting my first business in 1996, my passion has always been around human connection, empowering individuals and organisations to unlock their greatest potential. I love creating businesses that not only focus on financial success, but also nurture intentional company cultures and personal growth. Throughout my career, I have successfully founded and exited multiple companies, gaining insights and experience along the way. The deepest and best lessons have come from a failed venture or a two! I've been a proud member of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) since 2012, actively contributing to and benefiting from this global network. I have a hunger for learning personal growth and my educational journey includes over 29 years of entrepreneurship, Executive and Management Coaching Accreditation from the University of Cape Town, Master Enneagram Coaching and Team Dynamics from the Integrative Enneagram Institute and Entrepreneurial Strategy from Harvard Business School. I am also an accredited faculty member at the VJAL Institute of AI in Dubai. Known for my dynamic approach and compassionate to facilitation, my style is versatile, high energy, and interactive. I work well with intimate groups and expansive audiences. I am collaborative, facilitate stimulating discussions, creative brainstorming, intricate thinking exercises authentic real-world scenarios.
