We built the coaching program we wanted to join
Before we were Bloom Growth, we started out building software for one of the world’s leading business operating systems. While lucrative, we started getting feature requests from our clients (including coaches) that we weren’t allowed to implement. And our leadership team with coaching experience saw firsthand how rigid existing frameworks were.
We realized that customer and coach feedback was necessary to create a growth system that adapted to each organization or coach’s needs. After all, these are the ones in the trenches, solving problems and making tough decisions.
When it came time to renew our licensing agreement in 2022, our leadership team decided to part ways. We wanted to build something bigger than just rigid software.
