Sales Development Representative

About The Role
We are currently looking for a detail oriented back-office professional with
exceptional follow through skills and a keen eye for optimizing processes. Your role
as a Sales Development Representative will be to provide excellent customer
service that enhances the overall client experience. You will help work with your
team to consistently come up with ways to improve the client experience.
Duties/ Main Responsibilities
• Be in charge of the self-onboarding deals in our pipeline.
• Connect with clients via phone calls for follow up.
• Handle duplicate account verification calls.
• Prioritize and manage prospective client communication.
• Analyze trends and optimize self-onboarding Pipeline
• Create HubSpot Self Onboarding client log.
• Assisting both our Spanish and English-speaking clients.
• Maintain a constant pulse with clients in your pipeline via phone calls and emails.
What We Look For
•2+ years’ experience in back-office support required.
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
•Customer relationship management (CRM) experience; Specifically, HubSpot.
•Intermediate in Excel, Word and PDF.
•Able to respond to emails and enter data quickly and accurately.

During the interview process, we’ll also ask you to take the Predictive Index Behavioral AssessmentTM. The Predictive Index measures your most natural behavioral tendencies and overall learning ability. It is not used as a disqualification tool, but rather a way to help us understand overall job fit, create unique interview questions based around your preferences, and ultimately create a better onboarding experience if you inevitably join our team.
