As Director of Client Experience, he skillfully resolves complex client issues, keeping their relationship as his first priority. He leads humbly and mentors his support team daily. In his spare time, you’ll find Brendan exploring local spots, engaging in arguments about which states are actually the Midwest, and cameos from his pup on Zoom.

Stephanie is a customer-oriented account manager here at Bloom, focused on building and maintaining top-notch client relationships. She is dedicated to understanding her clients’ business needs, ensuring their success with software products, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. Stephanie excels in fostering long-term partnerships and guiding clients to achieve their objectives. Away from work, Stephanie enjoys brewing special coffee drinks at home, spending time with her kids, and traveling abroad.
